1. Nature of Our Services
My Clipping Campaign operates as a dual-model digital agency providing:
- Intermediary Services (Whop Community): Connecting independent content creators/brands with verified independent video editors ("clippers").
- Agency Services (Full Channel Management & Strategy): Direct, end-to-end execution of short-form video strategies, content extraction, posting, and community management.
2. Full Channel Management & Strategy Terms (Done-For-You Services)
For clients purchasing our Full Channel Management or Short-Form Strategy packages, the following operational terms apply:
Account Credentials & Access
To provide end-to-end publishing and engagement, you agree to grant us secure and authorized access to your social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). We will treat these credentials with strict confidentiality.
Content Approval
While we handle content extraction, editing, captioning, and formatting, the Client retains final veto power. It is the Client's responsibility to review material if they require strict compliance with internal brand guidelines before scheduling.
Algorithm and Platform Volatility
Social media algorithms are volatile and controlled entirely by third parties (ByteDance, Meta, Google). We build strategies based on data, but we do not guarantee specific growth metrics, follower counts, viral benchmarks, or financial conversions.
Account Actions and Violations
We strictly adhere to platform community guidelines. However, My Clipping Campaign is not liable if a third-party platform temporarily flags, shadowbans, or permanently suspends your account due to algorithmic anomalies or pre-existing account health issues.
3. For Independent Editors (Clippers)
Independent Contractor Status
Clippers join our Whop network as independent contractors, not as employees of My Clipping Campaign. You are solely responsible for your own editing software, hardware, and local tax compliance.
Quality & Payout Checks
Payouts or rewards are governed by the active campaign metrics listed on your Whop dashboard. Submissions must pass our internal quality guidelines to qualify for distribution rewards.
4. Intellectual Property and Content Licensing
Client Content
Clients retain 100% ownership of their long-form intellectual property. By hiring us, you grant My Clipping Campaign and our designated network of clippers a non-exclusive, worldwide license to repurpose, edit, and distribute your material across digital platforms.
Agency Frameworks
Frameworks, strategy PDF roadmaps, and custom audit methodologies provided during our Short-Form Content Strategy sessions are the intellectual property of My Clipping Campaign and cannot be resold or distributed by the client to third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Clipping Campaign, its founders, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or account termination, resulting from our content strategies, community management choices, or Whop platform interruptions.
